Returns
We’ve developed a reputation for quality and excellent value and we are continually striving to improve further. It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you wish to return the product, please review our Refund and Return Policy before Proceeding.
In case of any Manufacturing Defect, the product can be returned or replaced subject to conditions. We have a 7-day return policy. It means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please Note: If the product which was delivered to you was accurate and was checked by you at the time of delivery or the product which was assembled or installed, it cannot be returned or replaced. In Case of any problem in that case, you have to contact us via E-mail or Phone and we will provide you the contact information of Respective Brand’ Maintenance department and they will sort out the problem according to the warranty conditions of the product. Customer will have to Visit the Maintenance Department. In Most cases, Our Delivery team asks you to Check the Product thoroughly and take your notes and signature to ensure that you have received the right and accurate product.
GIGILHUB is an online Dealer of various Brands and each & every product and Brand have different warranty policies. Please read carefully the warranty conditions before making any purchase to avoid any dispute. You can also contact us to understand the warranty policy of any particular product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at E-mail. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To make the process as smooth as possible for you, we also offer a secure courier collection service for all returns. There is a small charge for this, however we will simply deduct this from your refund automatically.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make a video while opening the product packaging, so that it can be used as visual evidence in case of any defect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Products that have been assembled and installed are also not eligible for Returns.
Swimwear & Under Garments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Returns on sale items or gift cards.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We don't offer an exchange service as we want to make your return as efficient as possible. We will simply issue you store credit and you can make a new purchase with that Store Credit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. However, if you paid using our COD (cash on delivery) service, then we will refund your GIGILHUB.com account with store credit. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once we have received your returned item. Promotions, discounts and original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
Generally, our online receiving bank will return your payment to your payment bank card within 7-14 days.
About warranty
First of all, thank you for purchasing our products. Each product has a different warranty range and warranty time. Before you buy the product, please contact our customer service staff to understand.
1. The maintenance call on our website is only suitable for products purchased on our website www.gigilhub.com
- Please make sure whether the product you purchased is still within the warranty period. Different products have different warranty scope and warranty time.

Please provide your proof of purchase, which is your order number, phone number, name, address and other information, as long as your purchase information matches our sales background data, if it is within the warranty date and range, we will definitely give You provide after-sales services without any shirk of responsibility. - 4. COM is an online Dealer of various Brands and each & every product and Brand have different warranty policies. Please read carefully the warranty conditions before making any purchase to avoid any dispute. You can also contact us to understand the warranty policy of any particular product.
If there is a problem after the product has been used for a period of time, please check whether it is within the warranty period. If it is within the warranty period, Maintenance Department will not charge maintenance/Service fees. If it exceeds the warranty period, you will need to pay the Service fee. The corresponding maintenance fee requires Quote from Respective Maintenance department’ engineers. After inspection, a repair quotation is given.
Maintenance Department will not come to the door for repairs. Customer (You) will visit the Respective Brand Maintenance department or will send the defective products by express. The contact information of the express company and Respective brand Maintenance Department can be obtained from our customer service. After the product is repaired, the express fee incurred by the product should be paid by the customer himself.
